2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, improve, and secure the Service.

a. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password, language preferences, and account settings.

b. Voice and Speech Data

When you use voice features, your audio input is processed to generate AI tutor responses. Speech may be converted into text transcripts and analyzed to produce feedback and scores.

By using voice features, you consent to the collection and processing of your audio for these purposes.

AI-generated responses and feedback are produced automatically and may not always be accurate.

This data may be processed by trusted providers including OpenAI. Session data may be stored using Supabase to support learning progress.

c. Usage Data

We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, operating system, IP address, session duration, and performance diagnostics.

d. Payment Data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Qol does not store full payment card details.

e. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to improve functionality, security, and user experience.

f. Push Notification Data

If enabled, we may collect a device push token to send reminders, streak updates, and account-related notifications. Notifications may be delivered via Expo and platform providers such as Apple and Google.

Upon deletion, your account data, learning progress, and stored session data will be removed, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
