Welcome to Qol, operated by Qol Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Qol,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Qol's website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By using Qol, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Qol is an AI-powered language tutor designed to help users improve speaking, and real-world conversation skills. For questions, contact support@useqol.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Qol. By using the Service, you confirm that you can form a legally binding contract and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• Access or attempt to access systems without authorization
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit Qol’s software, models, or infrastructure
• Overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service, including attempts to bypass limits
• Violate the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Accounts and Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments may be processed via Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or the platform where purchased.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Third-party purchases are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. AI Features

Qol uses artificial intelligence to generate tutoring responses, feedback, and language learning assistance.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.

The Service is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Qol does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency, or improvement results.

By using voice features, you consent to the processing of your input as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Qol a limited license to process and use it to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and must not submit unlawful or harmful material.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to Qol’s software, branding, and technology belong to Qol Inc or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Some features may be experimental and may change or become unavailable without notice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qol is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account within the app or website.

Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property and liability limitations.

13. Mobile Applications

If you use Qol through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms are not responsible for the Service. Their terms may also apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
