Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Qol, operated by Qol Inc.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, Qol's billing portal, the Apple App Store, or Google Play, depending on where you purchased the subscription.
If you cancel, your subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already made.
2. Web Purchases (Stripe)
If you purchased a Qol subscription directly through our website, payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
We may review refund requests for web purchases when you were charged in error, billed after a valid cancellation, charged more than once for the same billing period, or unable to access paid features because of a technical issue caused by Qol. Contact us at support@useqol.com with the email associated with your account, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refunds. Qol cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. You must request refunds directly through Apple according to Apple's billing and refund policies.
4. Google Play Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, Google handles billing, cancellations, and refunds. Qol cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play. You must request refunds directly through Google according to Google Play's billing and refund policies.
5. Trial Periods and Promotional Offers
If Qol offers a free trial or promotional pricing, the applicable terms will be shown at the time of sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, once a trial or promotion converts into a paid subscription, normal billing and refund terms apply. You are responsible for cancelling before a trial converts if you do not want to be charged.
6. Billing Disputes and Technical Access Issues
If you believe there is an error with your billing or you paid for access that did not become available, please contact us as soon as possible at support@useqol.com.
Include the email associated with your account, the purchase platform, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the purchase or route you to Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat support where appropriate.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where refunds, cancellations, or cooling-off rights are required by law, we will honor those legal obligations.
