Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Qol, operated by Qol Inc.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

2. Web Purchases (Stripe)

If you purchased a Qol subscription directly through our website, payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

If you believe you were charged in error, were billed after a valid cancellation, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the Service, contact us at support@useqol.com and we will review your request.

3. Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing and refunds. Qol cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. You must request refunds directly through Apple according to Apple’s billing and refund policies.

4. Google Play Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, Google handles billing and refunds. Qol cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play. You must request refunds directly through Google according to Google Play’s billing and refund policies.

5. Trial Periods and Promotional Offers

If Qol offers a free trial or promotional pricing, the applicable terms will be shown at the time of sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, once a trial converts into a paid subscription, normal billing terms apply.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us as soon as possible at support@useqol.com. Include the email associated with your account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate.

7. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where refunds are required by law, we will honor those legal obligations.
